A tecnologia consegue identificar o chamado Lina (leite inst\u00e1vel n\u00e3o \u00e1cido), uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na qualidade do leite cuja detec\u00e7\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 um desafio nos m\u00e9todos convencionais.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O teste de qualidade do leite \u00e9 uma exig\u00eancia do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria para avaliar a acidez e estabilidade do produto no momento de capta\u00e7\u00e3o nas propriedades rurais.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os resultados atuais, no entanto, obtidos a partir da submiss\u00e3o do produto ao \u00e1lcool, ainda geram incertezas, pois podem ter interfer\u00eancias e falhas humanas, diz a Embrapa. O m\u00e9todo \u00e9 utilizado h\u00e1 mais de 100 anos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com isso, parte da produ\u00e7\u00e3o leiteira atualmente \u00e9 descartada, diz a Embrapa, o que gera perda de renda na cadeia leiteira e passivos ambientais.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como funciona<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O pesquisador da Embrapa Washington Luiz de Barros Melo explica que, para eliminar a interfer\u00eancia humana no processo de an\u00e1lise da acidez do leite cru, o instrumento espectrosc\u00f3pico computadorizado associado a um m\u00e9todo estat\u00edstico de an\u00e1lise far\u00e1 o servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A sonda avalia as amostras l\u00edquidas por meio de uso da luz emitida e captada, por componentes semicondutores que fazem parte do sistema sensor. O aparelho \u00e9 composto por c\u00e2mera de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, sistema \u00f3ptico com Diodo Emissor de Luz (LED, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) e computador embarcado. A tecnologia pode ser operada por qualquer sistema operacional de computador, celular ou tablet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma amostra de 100 ml de leite dentro do equipamento recebe luzes em diferentes comprimentos de onda, que incluem infravermelho pr\u00f3ximo (NIR), passando pelo o vis\u00edvel (Vis) at\u00e9 o ultravioleta pr\u00f3ximo (UVA).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ao incidir sobre o leite, partes destas luzes s\u00e3o absorvidas e partes refletidas. As luzes refletidas s\u00e3o detectadas e convertidas em sinais el\u00e9tricos que s\u00e3o armazenados na mem\u00f3ria do computador embarcado no SondaLeite. Estes dados coletados formam o espectro do leite, que \u00e9 submetido \u00e0 an\u00e1lise estat\u00edstica. O resultado indica, ent\u00e3o, a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de estabilidade do leite&#8221;, conta o pesquisador, em nota.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tecnologia est\u00e1 sendo apresentada ao
